Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using interactpak.com or any INTERACT application — including but not limited to Interact Pro, LeathX, FleetOps, ChemOps, and Bulk Sale (collectively, "the Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

INTERACT Solutions ("we", "our") provides software tools for document management, workflow automation, and business operations. Some Services are free; others require a paid subscription ("Pro" tier) for access to advanced features. Subscription pricing and inclusions are available within each app.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying users.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@interactpak.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. The Services are intended for professional and business use.

4. Your Content

Documents, annotations, signatures, and other content you create or upload through the Services remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Services on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, and that uploading it does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any related systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code from the Services, except where expressly permitted by applicable law or the open-source licenses governing specific components.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without written permission.
  • Use the Services to send unsolicited communications, spam, or malware.

6. Interact Pro & Third-Party Integrations

Interact Pro integrates with third-party services including Google Drive (via the drive.file scope, limited to files Interact Pro creates or that you explicitly open with it). Your use of those integrations is also governed by the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services.

7. Subscriptions, Payment, and Refunds

All charges on interactpak.com are billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through our acquiring bank's PCI-DSS-certified payment gateway. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through the in-app subscription management screen or by emailing accounts@interactpak.com.

Purchases made directly on interactpak.com are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time buyers, with delivery, return, and cancellation terms set out in full in our Delivery, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store are governed by that platform's refund process; we will assist with the request but cannot directly process those refunds.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; you may export your content in standard formats (PDF for documents, JSON / CSV for business data) for a reasonable period after termination.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTERACT's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or PKR 25,000, whichever is greater.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
