Our Process
Our technical team reviews the tannery's current processes, leather types, and desired end-product characteristics to identify the optimal chemical programme and any areas for process improvement.
Candidate chemicals are matched from our supplier portfolio based on performance requirements and compliance needs. Safety Data Sheets and Technical Data Sheets are reviewed with the tannery's production and safety teams.
Trial quantities are supplied for pilot runs under controlled conditions. Our technical staff can attend trials on-site to monitor application parameters, adjust dosages, and document results against target specifications.
Upon successful trial completion, bulk orders are scheduled with agreed delivery timelines and stock buffer arrangements. Ongoing technical support includes periodic process audits, troubleshooting, and formulation updates.
