Biker, bomber, and blazer styles in 0.9-1.2 mm sheep nappa or cow leather with polyester or cotton lining and YKK zippers

Our Process
Raw and crust hides are inspected for grain quality, thickness uniformity, and surface defects. Selected lots are graded and matched to product requirements before tanning or finishing begins.
Patterns are digitised from buyer tech packs, graded across the size range, and cut into prototype samples using approved leather lots. Fit and construction feedback is incorporated before production sign-off.
Bulk production runs with in-line quality checkpoints covering cutting yield, stitching tension, lining adhesion, hardware attachment, and colour consistency against the approved master sample.
Finished goods are cleaned, conditioned, and packed per buyer specifications. Third-party lab testing confirms compliance with REACH restricted substance limits and mechanical safety standards.
