1. Introduction

INTERACT Solutions ("we", "our", "us") operates the INTERACT family of business applications including LeathX, FleetOps, ChemOps, and Bulk Sale (collectively, "the Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Apps and website at interactpak.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and role when you create an account or submit an inquiry.

Business Data: Estimates, invoices, gate passes, instructions, and other operational data you create within the Apps. This data belongs to you and your organization.

Usage Data: Login timestamps, pages visited, and feature usage to improve our services.

Device Information: Device type, operating system, and browser type for compatibility and support.

Approximate Location: We derive an approximate country from your IP address using a local database — your IP is never sent to a third party for this. Precise location is only used if you explicitly grant your browser's location permission. IP geolocation by DB-IP.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain our Apps and services
• Process your business transactions (estimates, invoices, orders)
• Communicate with you about your account and inquiries
• Improve our Apps and develop new features
• Ensure security and prevent unauthorized access

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on dedicated infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We use JWT-based authentication with httpOnly cookies and bcrypt password hashing. Access is controlled through role-based permissions. Payment card data is never stored on our servers — all card transactions are processed directly by our PCI-DSS-certified acquiring bank.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:

• Your organization's authorized staff members (per role-based access)
• Service providers who host our infrastructure (Hetzner)
• Legal authorities when required by law

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your business data
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Cookies & Local Storage

Our Apps use httpOnly session cookies for authentication and localStorage for user preferences (language selection, theme). No third-party tracking cookies are used.

8. Website Analytics & Consent (interactpak.com)

Our website uses Google Analytics 4. Analytics loads only after you opt in through the consent banner ("Accept analytics"). Until then the site makes zero requests to any Google host — not even pre-consent pings: consent defaults deny analytics and ad storage, ads personalization, and ad user data, and the analytics script itself is not fetched. Choosing "Decline" keeps everything off; your choice is remembered for 12 months and then you are asked again.

What is sent to Google Analytics (only after consent):

• Page views — the page path plus language and UTM campaign parameters only; the origin and all other query parameters are stripped.
• Named events: internal search (the search term is redacted — anything with 7+ digits, an email address, or a 20+ character token becomes "[redacted]"), catalog views, lead-form events (the form type only — never field values), WhatsApp/phone clicks (no phone numbers), file downloads, and outbound clicks (destination host only).
• Staff, API and account-management paths never emit page views or events.

Advertising features are off (Google Signals and ads personalization disabled), page views are not sent automatically, and analytics cookies are set with SameSite=Lax; Secure. Data retention in the GA4 property is set to 14 months — an operator setting of the analytics property, not something enforced by this page.

First-party visitor log (separate from Google Analytics): the site records page-activity summaries (sections viewed, scroll depth, time on page, device class, referrer) on our own server. Precise GPS coordinates are included only when you have given analytics consent; without consent only the server-derived approximate country from your IP is stored.

Weather greeting: the greeting on our site reads your precise browser location only after analytics consent — and only if your browser's location permission was already granted (it never prompts). Without consent it uses your IP-based city instead. Coordinates are sent transiently, and stored by no one, to two services: nominatim.openstreetmap.org (city lookup) and api.open-meteo.com (weather). Only the resulting temperature, weather icon and city name are kept, in per-tab session storage.

Withdrawing consent: Footer → "Privacy settings" clears your stored choice and re-opens the banner; choosing "Decline" turns analytics off from that moment. Analytics cookies set while consent was granted can be cleared in your browser — the site stops refreshing them once consent is denied.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are business tools intended for professional use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.

11. Interact Pro & Google API Services

Interact Pro is INTERACT's PDF reader and annotation application for Android, Android TV, iOS, and tablet devices. When you choose to enable cloud sync, Interact Pro uses Google Drive as the backing store for your documents.

Our Google Drive integration is limited to the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope, which only grants Interact Pro access to files the app itself creates or that you explicitly open with Interact Pro. We never read, modify, or delete other files in your Drive, and we cannot list or search your Drive contents outside of the files associated with the app.

Interact Pro's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Interact Pro's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

12. INTERACT Weather & INTERACT Lifestyle

INTERACT Weather is our forecast app for Android, Android TV and iOS. You can use it without an account. If you sign in, your account is the same account used by INTERACT Lifestyle.

What we collect:

• Location: your device location, or a city you pick, is sent to our server to fetch the forecast. Coordinates are rounded to about 100 m. Location is used only for the forecast.
• Account (optional): your phone number and/or email address, and the name you enter, used to sign you in and keep your settings.
• Profile photo (optional): stored on our server so it can follow your account. Before upload the app checks on your phone that the photo contains a face. This check never identifies you.
• Usage: an install signal with a device identifier, and screens you open while signed in, so we can measure and improve the app.
• Voice questions (optional): converted to text by your phone's speech service (Apple or Google) and answered inside the app. We do not receive the audio.

Who else processes it:

• Open-Meteo receives coordinates from our server, not from your device, to produce the forecast.
• Sign-in codes are delivered by the channel you choose: SMS, WhatsApp (Meta), email, or a message in INTERACT Chat. Only the code and your number or address are sent.

We show no ads, do no cross-app tracking, and do not sell your data.

Deleting your account: in the app, open Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your INTERACT Lifestyle account and its data on our servers, including in INTERACT Lifestyle. You can also request deletion at interactpak.com/delete-account.

INTERACT Weather is not directed at children under 13.

13. Zeka

Zeka is our study and utility assistant for Android, Android TV and iOS. The calculator and unit converter work without an account and without contacting our servers. The AI features (Ask Zeka, photo and handwriting solving, answer videos) need an account.

What we collect:

• Account (AI features only): the phone number and/or email address you verify, and the name you enter, used to sign you in and to keep your trial and subscription status (trial dates and extension count) on our server.
• Your questions, answers, photos and handwriting: sent to our server and on to one of our AI providers (DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Alibaba Qwen or Google Gemini) to produce the answer. That route does not store them.
• Follow-up questions: when you ask a follow-up in the same session, the app sends your last few questions and answers with the new question so the assistant can keep track. They are not stored on our servers.
• Video search: your search text is sent to our server and on to our video search provider (YouTube) to return matching videos.
• Live-data questions: when you ask for something that changes over time (a price, a rate, today's weather), we send that question to our search provider (Tavily) to find sources, and the answer is shown with the source and its date. We do not send these questions to an AI provider to guess a figure.
• Voice questions: converted to text by your phone's speech service (Apple or Google) and answered inside the app. We do not receive the audio.
• Calculator & converter history: stored on your device only, never on our servers.

We show no ads, do no cross-app tracking, and do not sell your data.

Deleting your account: in the app, open History → Storage & history (top-right icon) → Delete account. This anonymises your account on our servers — your name, phone number, email address, profile photo and trial status are cleared and the account is deactivated — and clears the Ask history, voice and answer preferences stored on this device. You can also request deletion at interactpak.com/delete-account.

If your Zeka sign-in is shared with another INTERACT service (the same phone number or email you use for another INTERACT app), deleting from Zeka removes your Zeka data and your sign-in on Zeka, and the shared INTERACT account itself stays because the other services still use it. Email privacy@interactpak.com if you want the shared account deleted as well.

Zeka is not directed at children under 13.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
