Our Process
Our sourcing team selects greige or finished fabric from approved mills, conducting GSM weight tests, shrinkage analysis, and colourfastness evaluations to ensure the base material meets buyer specifications.
Counter samples are developed within 10 working days, replicating buyer-approved designs with exact fabric weight, stitch density, and finishing treatments. Samples are shipped with full specification sheets for buyer approval.
In-line quality inspections are carried out at 30%, 60%, and 100% production completion, monitoring dimensions, weight consistency, stitching quality, and colour matching against approved lab dips.
Final inspection follows AQL Level II acceptance criteria with checks on packaging integrity, labelling accuracy, carton markings, and randomly sampled product measurements before container loading.
