Our Process
Our development team works with buyer tech packs to create wash recipes, source trims, and produce fit samples that match the intended look and hand-feel. Wash trials include enzyme, stone, acid, laser, and ozone treatments.
Denim fabric is sourced from certified mills and tested for weight, stretch recovery, shrinkage, colourfastness, and tear strength before cutting approval is granted.
Bulk production follows approved pre-production samples with daily line audits monitoring stitching quality, measurement tolerances, and wash consistency across all lots.
Finished garments undergo AQL-based inspection covering measurements, wash appearance, hardware functionality, and labelling before packing and container stuffing.
