Our Process
How it works
Farmer Engagement
Field teams visit farming communities across Punjab and Sindh to assess crop quality, negotiate pricing, and arrange direct purchase agreements that ensure fair compensation for growers.
Mill Processing
Procured paddy is transported to certified processing mills where it undergoes cleaning, husking, polishing, and sorting by grain length and quality grade.
Quality Certification
Processed rice is sampled and tested for moisture content, broken grain percentage, and aroma profile. Batches are certified against export-grade standards before packaging.
Export Logistics
Containerized shipments are coordinated from mill to Karachi port, with full export documentation including phytosanitary certificates, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
