The Challenge
A Malaysian importer needed a single trade partner capable of handling diversified product categories (FMCG, cookware, textiles) across multiple containers. The requirement was end-to-end management covering sourcing from 25+ brands, customs clearing across different HS classifications, quality inspection for different product types, and freight coordination for both 20ft and 40ft containers.
