The Challenge
A Nordic fashion retailer needed to develop a sustainable denim collection using organic and recycled materials, with laser finishing to replace traditional chemical washes. They required a sourcing partner who could manage the technical development process while meeting strict EU compliance standards and tight seasonal deadlines.
Our Solution
INTERACT partnered with BCI-certified denim mills in Lahore to develop the collection. Our team managed wash trial development (laser, ozone, and enzyme finishes), coordinated fabric testing for REACH compliance, and oversaw production with AQL Level II inspections. Packaging was designed to meet the retailer's sustainability requirements using recycled materials.
